Here, we share the projects our product and engineering teams are actively working on. Trigger workflows when "user enters segment"
Workflows can currently only be triggered by "events" (actions users take). This would enable you to trigger workflows when a user enters a segment.
Trigger Workflow based on email events (sent, delivered, opened, clicked)
Trigger Workflows based on email events, not just the events that you trigger manually.
Add a "Wait until" node in Workflows
Rather than a straight delay, add a node in Workflows that "waits until" a user has triggered an event or a specific time has been reached.
Folders
When you have multiple campaigns or segments it would be useful to be able to group them into folders so you can more easily find and organize your work.
Generic HTTP Workflow action / node in Workflows
Add an action in workflows that fires a webhook to a custom location.
Workflow-level ejection events
Currently you need to set filters before every message in a workflow to remove users. This increases the time to setup and increase chance of user error. It would be valuable to set events at the workflow level that would eject users.
Scheduled workflow
It would be convenient to have the ability to schedule a workflow at a preferred day/time like newsletters. Our current solution is to create one campaign for each email we want to send out as part of a email journey. Only because workflow doesn't allow us to trigger it at preferred time and date. It would be much easier to maintain those emails if we can use workflow since everything will be in one place.

Move and delete branches in a workflow that have children

Allow Batching with A/B Test Newsletters
After the initial A/B test group runs, let the remaining percent be batched.

SMS as a channel
In a workflow and newsletters, add the option to send an SMS message to customers. Edit: Updated to reflect SMS in both workflows and newsletters, our intention is to add new channels in a way that supports all types of campaign.
A/B Testing in a Workflow
Add the ability to setup an A/B test "branch" and view the test results within a workflow.
Snippets (i.e. resuable blocks) in Templates
When creating a template, define snippets that can be added/re-ordered/deleted/edited by authors of campaign content without editing the underlying template
Access more than 30 days of logs in the UI
Currently when viewing logs in Vero, its only possible to see up to 30 days worth of data. This is not enough to debug issues in every case, more than 30 days worth of logs should be accessible.
Add an HTML content block in drag and drop editor
Add the ability to add custom HTML to a drag and drop template.
Bulk delete customers in a segment
Add the ability to delete all the customers that meet the conditions of a segment.
Duplicate (clone) a workflow node
When creating or editing a workflow it would be useful to duplicate a specific logic or action node so I don't have to enter the same details again.
MySQL as a data source
Add the ability to connect directly to a MySQL database, query the database with SQL and import the result of the query into a newsletter audience.
Google Big Query as a data source
Add the ability to connect directly to a Google Big Query database, query the database with SQL and import the result of the query into a newsletter audience.
Google Sheets as a data source
Add the ability to connect directly to Google Sheets as a data source and import data into a newsletter audience.
