This is vital on our end. There should also be an option to delete a whole segment, and all the contacts in that segment permanently, despite some of those contacts being in other segments too. An alert should simply come up when a permanent delete of entire segments are made.

Audrey Bugeja: maybe if a customer belongs in both segments, they are just removed from the deleted segment…or a check box to ask if you want to delete all users even if they are in other segments.
I always think segment stuff should be done on segment page, and customer stuff on the customer page. Maybe it would be handy if we had a segment dropdown on the actual customers page to delete "customers" that are in a segment (like empty this segment?). 🤔
