Workflow node (action): "Update user property"
When a user has either completed a Workflow or engaged with a message, it would be useful to trigger an update to specific user properties.

We don't have a set timeline for this yet, but we will revisit and review it later on in the year as we work on bringing other improvements to Workflows, and as part of a new UI that brings Cloud and Connect features together. Read about whats planned this year on the blog: https://www.getvero.com/resources/whats-coming-in-2023/

Rory Colsell - it would also be great to be able to trigger a workflow based on the update in property.

This is the first time we will allow you to update or add properties to a customer from inside a workflow so we'd love to hear how you would use this so we can make sure we get it right.
So far it seems there's a couple of use cases:
If you agree with these or have any others please leave your comments here or contact product@getvero.com, we'd love to hear from you.

Rory Colsell: - Update a property on a user so you can then ensure only customers who have this property/value are included in a different workflow.

Rory Colsell: We would also love to add properties based on a click. For example we would like to send a confirmation subscription and want to ask customers about their interests.

Rory Colsell: All 3 use cases but specifically for ensuring only certain customers are included in different workflows. This will save so much time. Really keen for this feature.
