We're currently working on adding SMS and a generic "HTTP webhook" channel to Vero and, after that, will be looking at in-app messaging. These are related in that, to get SMS live, we've had to make significant changes to our platform. So it should be a much faster follow to add in-app messages in the future.
We're aiming to release SMS and/or the generic HTTP webhook channel by the end of 2023.
